DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders usually ship within 15 days of payment.
Depending on the area where You live, You can choose between 2 different shipping methods:

• AIRMAIL shipment can take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on your local mail service.
It’s NOT TRACKABLE and NOT INSURED, that means we’re not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipment.

• EXPRESS COURIER can take 3-5 working days, it’s faster and safer.
You can track your package and if you want we can ensure it.
All customs fees and duties on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
We declare the full value of the item when shipping so in the event it does get damaged during shipping, the item can be replaced at no charge to you.
IMPORTANT: if You receive a damaged package DO NOT ACCEPT IT or sign the delivery with reserve.
This way we’re able to ask for a total refund and nobody of us will lose money:-)

We use DHL for oversea shipments and DPD for European ones

• Tutti gli ordini in Italia sono spediti tramite BRT corriere espresso e arrivano in 2-3 giorni lavorativi dalla data di spedizione.
ATTENZIONE: in caso il pacco si presentasse danneggiato, ti preghiamo di non accettarlo oppure di firmare con riserva.
In questo modo riusciremo ad ottenere un rimborso e a sostituirti l’acquisto.
